      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wan Bridge Group (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2025

      Interview

I went through four rounds of interviews with Wan Bridge Group, one online, one in person, and then two more online. This entire process could have easily been streamlined into two interviews if they were better organized. It felt like they didn’t respect my time or have a clear hiring structure. After my second interview, the HR department reached out and specifically asked how I would like to be compensated. I told her I expected between $75K and $100K with a bonus based on my experience. Despite this, after all that effort, they came back with a lowball offer of $55K-$65K for a Land Analyst role in Dallas with no bonus, which is well below market rate. Given my experience in acquisitions and underwriting, while working for my current firm in college, I expected at least a competitive salary with performance incentives. It’s clear that they either weren’t listening or never intended to offer a competitive package in the first place. If you’re considering applying here, be prepared for a frustratingly long process with an underwhelming offer at the end. It seems like they don’t truly value experienced candidates. Wouldn’t recommend.

The people I have met with were very nice. I had one in person interview and one online. The first interview took over an hour and the next was less than 30 minutes.
