I applied through other source. I interviewed at Warrior Energy
Interview
Laughable! They are looking for kids that are fresh out of college that don't know any better so they can dangle that golden carrot in front of them. Five minutes into the interview I was told about how much money I can make. I couldn't wait to leave. I felt bad for the kids that are working their. They are being used and don't even know it. They don't have any real life experience or real work life experience. If a company can tell you how much money you can make then said company would pay a salary of 50K a year with benefits.

Question 1
From the person I interviewed with. "I have to take a couple of calls now, so I'll call you in about 45 minutes to set up our next interview because you would be a really great fit for out team".
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Warrior Energy (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2018
Interview
To write that Warrior Energy is deceptive in their job advertising is a gross understatement. I submitted my resume in response to their posting for a Communications Manager. After scheduling an interview, and reading the employee reviews, I asked for a job description. The reply I received was that I was scheduled to interview for an Account Representative. I immediately cancelled the interview. When a company doesn’t respect prospective employees to the point of falsely advertising a job position they certainly will not respect you as an employee.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Warrior Energy (Columbus, OH) in July 2018
Interview
Watch out- pyramid scheme. Two interviews. The first is short and cold. The second is where they map out the “breakdown of advancement” and make it clear that they are MLM. Your role would be in door to door sales.
Good afternoon,
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your short time meeting with our employees during the interview process. The third interview for this position has included meeting our CEO to clear up any other questions about the role or our company. We wish you the very best luck in your search for employment.
