Took 3 rounds. First one with a recruiter, second one with the. Company representative in my country, and the third one with a manager. After the 3rd round they ghosted me and I never heard back. What a shame to waste a candidate’s time and not receive feedback after three rounds. It’s disrespectful and gives an idea of how the company treats their employees so dodged a bullet. Also, received completely different job descriptions. The representative explained that I would be setting up their whole Zendesk and that I would be the only one working. Then the manager from the last round told me they already have everything set up and a person that is already working. Please get your facts straight and have enough decency to provide feedback to candidates you are seriously considering.
