You had to go online and say why you wanted to work there. Totally impersonal. It wasn't with anyone. I received the impression I wasn't worth anyone's time. It leaves the inability to exchange information or thoughts.

They sent me an email to a link to a digital interview. I had to log in and focus my smart phone on my face and answer on screen questions. It was awkward.
