First interview is with HR, and then user in the same day. You'll also be given a case study case. The next session in the next day is with the GM and then the user again. They said they'd let me know in a couple of days but then I had to ask again directly to the user because the HR never got back to me. That was when the HR reached out to me to let me know that I was not offered the job. I find it weird and off-putting. They put all the candidates through all the steps, no elimination process. And after all those steps I still needed to ask for my results rather than them letting me know in a timely manner. They made me seem desperate when I was not. Thank God because I will never want to work in a company with this level of professionalism.
