Interview
The interview process was friendly, honest and quite clever compared to the numbness of other companies. It was great to see a CTO that can code at any time and a CEO that was totally down to earth.
I ended up declining the position but that was more related to the high cost of living in Stockholm compared to the salary. The salary was not bad, but the rental market in Stockholm can be scary to say the least...

They definitely check for a cultural fit. Other than that, their technical test is an extremely clever way of singling out worthy candidates.
