They contacted me via LinkedIn, I answered that i was interested a first phone screen was set for 1 o'clock. On th d-day they called 15 minutes late after i'd sent an email. It went very well, so I was later asked for a second phone interview with a manager (i was abroad). The interview started thrity minutes late, after i had to send, once again, an email.. The person told me they would call me the following Monday for feedback, positive or not. Monday no call, I sent an email round noon on Tuesday.. I finally got a call on the Wednesday. I think they are having trouble setting a strategy to manage there growth effectively at the moment.. at least in the HR department.
