Interview
They clearly do not know what they are doing. Asking a lot of questions about how you handle things in your previous job just to gather information on how they should setup the position in their company. Very sneaky and waste of time. Three rounds of interviews with the one specific person is a red flag.
The interview itself felt a bit disorganized. The woman leading it couldn't really effectively answer any of my questions about the company culture or goals. It felt more like they wanted someone on a contract position than a full time role.

Did a lengthy first round interview, went well mentioned a project would be set up. Asked many questions almost grafting what platforms or methodology I use. Never heard back, very unprofessional.
