I initially had a positive impression of We Are Amnet during the interview process. However, the subsequent interactions were disappointing. While the job description hinted at sales responsibilities, the role was heavily sales-focused, which wasn't a good fit for my experience. The most significant issue was the generic rejection email I received. A brief explanation of the reasons for the decision would have been greatly appreciated. Receiving a templated email felt dismissive and devalued my time and effort. I believe that providing specific feedback to candidates, even when unsuccessful, is essential for building a positive candidate experience.
