A three-step process: I got sent an email, then had a phone interview, and then I was asked to come in for a one-on-one interview. The boss who interviewed me was so personable that it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Applied online, quickly got interview scheduled. The owner mostly talked about herself and how great she is, and how she would be the best employer with the best center. She didn't seem to have any knowledge about the actual position or what she needed from someone to fill it.

She didn't seem to even know what to ask, just promised a lot of money and benefits that she never followed through on. Very unprofessional.

She asked me questions told me a ton of lies , hired me, broke all promises . Couldn't even schedule dates consistently, did not do any training herself, tod me more lies, moved the date back like 7 times, and lied. Did not pay me consistentoy and paid me under the table
