      Administrative Assistant Interview

      28 Feb 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at We Energies

      Interview

The whole job hiring/interview process for this company is bizarre. After applying I was prompted to go to a testing facility and take a 2 hour aptitude test. Then it went right to an in person interview, there was no phone screen. During the interview I asked multiple questions about the company (since there was no initial phone screen to ask) and the interviewer seemed angry and said they have to stick to there interview script. The interview itself was average, again weird, as I was not asked about my goals, my achievements, or my skills - it was simply 8 situational questions from my work history. Also - from the time I applied to the time I got my basic rejection email was a 3 month span. WAY too long.
