Interview
Applied online and went through 2 interviews. One was with the recruiter with basic questions about your resume.
The second interview was with a developer, the first half they asked to go in depth about your resume and the 2nd half was a leet code style interview.
Some recommendations to the interviewer, leet code style questions, is whether you memorize it or not. It doesn't test or engage the interviewee's real skill to solve every day problems.
Sent a follow up email and got ghosted, no reply/no feedback.
