I applied through other source. I interviewed at We are Nikmin in July 2025
Interview
This interview was sketchy from the start… I received an email in the A.M. hours of the day asking if I could have an interview via Zoom call at 7 PM the same day. I confirmed my interview and did some research and immediately became skeptical after reading other glassdoor reviews. The other reviews confirmed all of my suspicions. I logged onto the zoom call and was met with 20 other people interviewing. I was never told this was a panel interview.
For some context… I keep a written log of every job I’ve applied to, and this company was not on my list. I found a job posting from a staffing agency that had promoted this job, which I applied to through them. The job title that was promoted was “promotional events coordinator” and was absolutely nothing like the zoom call explanation. After 10 minutes of sitting with the 20 other people being interviewed, we were sent into breakout rooms with about five people each. The worker from the company did what all pyramid schemes do… Avoided what the actual job title and description was from the start. There was discussion of working with nonprofits, but overall just a very vague description of this job, which was a completely different title than the one advertised online. About halfway through a breakout group, one of the people ended up logging off the zoom call and the interviewer didn’t even make any comment. Makes me think this is a regular occurrence.
When I asked about the job title online, I was told “they’re all the same job”. Very misleading if you ask me. The first 15 minutes of our interview entailed our interviewer asking all of us to multiply numbers together for him (I still don’t understand the purpose of this). The only question we were asked was if we wanted a job because of fun, progress/promotion, or money. We were asked nothing about our experience or anything related to a normal interview.
After I started asking a few questions, the interviewer stated that this job was “similar to the people that stand in the back of Walmart” (the ones that try to get you to switch your phone carrier, TV, etc.) … so pretty much if you want to do face-to-face/door-to-door sales until you work your way to the top, this is for you.
The only other question that we were asked about ourselves was when we would be available to start. This is the part where I told them this job description did not align with what I applied for and I hung up the call.
Don’t waste your time. The other reviews are telling the truth. Just hoping to save someone else from wasting their time like I did.

When I could start
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at We are Nikmin (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Be careful about this company. Was offered a virtual interview the same day they sent me an email. Wasn't told that it would be a group interview. Vibes were fishy the minute I hopped on the zoom call, me and many others left mid interview. Beware of these marketing pyramid scheme companies.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at We are Nikmin (Atlanta, GA) in July 2024
Interview
It was a group interview over zoom with 6-8 candidates per breakout room. It lasted about 25-30 minutes with most of the time being spent discussing why Nikmin was so great and how they work employees up to a managerial level within a couple weeks... if you've never heard of a pyramid scheme, I suggest doing some research before signing onto an interview with this company.

Question 1
I literally got asked "If you were to recommend any restaurant in Atlanta to a non-local, where would you send them?" Woodys Cheesesteaks obviously but how does that help me get a job?!
