Interview
The interview process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The HR team was consistently responsive, ensuring fast feedback cycle.
There were 5 rounds in total.
1. HR Screening
2. System Design 1 - A technical round focusing on designing Payment Gateway and details about my past organisation arch
3. System Design 2 - An assessment with VP of Engg focusing on advanced system design and cultural fit.
4. Founder Round: In depth conversation on my previous experience and educational background
5. HR round: Role and Expectation.
Good interview process but horrible company ethics and professionalism as they agreed on offer on call but did not send the letter and revoked the offer.
3 product rounds and one face to face with the VP of business.
Product sense was tested with product design, GTM and product improvement questions. Final round was about cultural fit and past work ex.
