WeVOIS React Developer interview questions

I am a fresher, I recently gave interview for react developer in this company, interview went well, I have cleared all rounds, then company said waited for offer letter, I didn't receive offer letter for a week. I asked the reason and they said we have done the vacancy. earlier they were actively hiring for the candidates. but after clearing round they gave this reason, worst experience ever.
