I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WeWork in Sept 2020
Interview
They started the hiring process without communicating with necessary stakeholders and wasted the time of the candidates as a result.
They didn't know what candidates they need and had a terrible vetting process. Was told they were looking for a candidate with a totally different requirement after passed 3-4 interviews and was expecting a final offer.
They arranged the interview with a time slot that only asked for your availability hours before.
Probably the worst company I've interviewed in the past decade.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Management background.
- Technical convo.
- Hiring technique.
- Process questions.
- System design questions.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WeWork (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
The process was good but they leave you hanging without even describing the hiring flow. I passed the first interview but was sure that I failed. The interviewers were very professional.
