The interview process was a joke. Do not go here if you're looking for a serious career with growth, because you will see no growth. I went to interview at two different locations and the "team" I was supposed to meet, called out every time. That tells you all you need to know about the work culture. The level goes: front desk receptionist, community associate, community lead, etc. These positions are all hourly btw, with maybe community lead being the exception. During both days I went to interview with the community lead, they had to cover the front for their underpaid receptionists who most likely called out because they were looking for better opportunities. During my time on-site, they gave me a tour of the office, gossiping about their tenants. They also mentioned how everyone is "friends" and get along. A red flag, and seems like a very catty culture. Not to mention, when it came down to interviewing, they just read the questions directly from the screen. The whole process is just weird, you let down your guard thinking you can be more of yourself, and then when they ask you 3 Q's off the screen in a robotic monotone, you're reminded that it's an interview. It seemed as if they were just showing off their spaces, just in case their interviewees had a up-and-coming business.
