Interview
The first thing they make you do is sit down with a paper front to back of Fill in the Blank type open ended questions, with hints of misogyny. Then the owner or manager comes and interviews you in the bar area—just hope its not too busy or the owner will get distracted and not pay attention to a word you’re saying!

A couple of red-flag statements on the application sheet were “Men are ____” and “MOST women are ___.”
The rest are like “I believe ____” or “I really enjoy ___.” At the end they make you draw a picture of a man.
