I applied online. I interviewed at WebPT (Phoenix, AZ) in June 2016
Interview
It was a rough phone interview. The woman who interviewed me never called. I called her 15 minutes after our interview was supposed to have started and she claimed she had tried calling me twice (no, lady, you didn't). From there it was kind of a waste of time. She hurried through the interview, didn't take the time to ask if I had any questions for her, and rushed off the phone. I'm not surprised I didn't hear back, but I was really disappointed, as I've heard amazing things about working with webPT.

Interview
Phone screen was unpleasant due to the recruiter's attitude and mood. The recruiter asked many questions about my background and experience, but I didn't receive any details about the role. Additionally, the recruiter was rude and in a hurry. The on-site interview was very uncomfortable in which the candidate takes several assessments in front of an interviewer. A few of the assessments would have no bearing on the performance of the candidate in the role. Lastly, the customer manager did not have experience interviewing and looked miserable and stressed. The work environment is an open setup which is high school and unprofessional. Not sure why employers think many candidates prefer that setup. I think this is catered to a certain demographic. A strange, unhappy place. Think it through before moving forward in the process. Better roles with better pay exist.

Very pleasant and professional. Manager took plenty of time answering my questions and explaining the position. She was personable and it was easy to relax. Usual, expected questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WebPT (Saint Paul, MN) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied online, about a week later got a request for phone interview, then got a call a couple days later to go in office for interview. Went in and it was a really relaxed interview. There's a questionnaire to test your medical billing knowledge/vocab/scenarios to figure out amt patient owes. Typical interview questions, they explained the job, filled out a paper application and background check paperwork.
