I applied through other source. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick (Shanghai, Shanghai) in July 2021
Interview
First, you have a phone interview with the HR. they are very professional and sound nice so you don't feel like you're being interrogated. Then you have an interview with the team leader. Now this is where things get interesting because it really depends on who is interviewing you. In general, due to the international and public relations nature of Weber Shandwick, the team leaders are very dynamic and can be quite fun. I only had two interviews.

Question 1
What have you done in your past roles? What are your weaknesses and strength? (the questions really depends on what kind of position you're going for. for example, media relations position would focus on the network of media you have)
The interview was straightforward, with questions ranging from personal experience to industry trends. The process involved three rounds; however, there isn't quick communication between rounds, usually takes around one week.

It was so much time taking and no clarity at any step. HR had no clarity, it took me a month just to hear ‘No’. No respect for any candidate's time and efforts
