Interview
I was asked to come in for an "informational interview." I met with approximately 5 different Weber employees. Each person discussed their role within the company. At the end of each meeting, I was given time to ask questions. I felt as though I was a burden to some, but overall I had a positive experience.
1 hour interview with multiple members of the team. At the end they shared they would follow up. I did not hear back so I followed up and never got a response.

The interview process consisted of a phone conversation with the recruiter and then an zoom interview with a couple of people in management. It went pretty decently, but I could tell pretty early on that they weren't interested in my candidacy.
