I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wellframe in Nov 2021
Interview
The initial interview was a phone screening that asked basic behavioral questions. The next interview was a small coding exercise with the manager and then afterwards talked with the co-ops that were currently working there.
The first round is a Phone Screen, and then is the Hiring Manager Interview, after that there is a Technical Interview. If you manage to pass the technical interview, there will be a Team interview in the end.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wellframe (Colorado Springs, CO) in July 2022
Interview
The initial round was a hiring manager round. After that, there were 2 rounds of technical interviews with the hiring manager and a couple of team members. Subsequently, they scheduled 5 hrs of interview rounds with some technical managers, the hiring manager, and with a VP. Though I attended and answered all the questions as expected with full confidence, the overall interview process seemed like a time-wasting exercise without the real intention of giving an offer. Finally when I was expecting an offer got an email that "the team has decided to move in a different direction" without any justification. Spend almost 2 weeks in the interview process with full commitment, But seemed like the organization doesn't even respect the candidate's time and efforts.
