I applied through my university's job portal and was quickly emailed to set up a quick call. Afterward, I went into the office for an interview that was pretty casual. About a week later, I was asked to come in for a longer interview that involved meeting 5 different employees. The process took around 3 hours, and involved a couple of assessments. Overall a very direct and comfortable experience.
