Went through a typical screening process with HR prior to the interview. There were multiple interactions with the HR rep regarding the timeframe of when the interviews would be occurring and the dates kept changing. The HR rep seemed unorganized and uninformed on what was actually going on. Eventually I was scheduled for a 4 hour interview block which included a case study portion. I met individually with four different individuals consisting of peers, managers and a partner. The case study was difficult, but no over stressful. All individuals were very friendly and informative. I was later told by HR that I did well in the interview, but they were going on a hiring freeze and I should follow up in a few months. I found out that they did a round of layoffs during this time as well. A couple months later I was sent a standard generic e-mail stating, "thank you for your interest in this position, but..." All things considering, the company and people seemed great, but the HR rep made the whole process unorganized and unnecessarily difficult.
