The skills interview was a technical interview mostly a conversational interview with a coding part done on a web application to share the code. Then a case interview that went over a client engagement and how you might ask questions and evaluate the business case and advise the client. Then a behavioral interview to determine how you might fit into the culture of West Monroe.
