Roughly a 30 minute interview with about 20 questions on previous experience and customer service role-plays. Asked about scenarios when you've assisted customers and how you would deal with certain unhappy customers.

Met the manager and he asked me questions on my past work experiences and he asked how would I be able to travel to and from work since there are early shifts and late shifts as well
