      Process Automation Analyst Interview

      10 Jan 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Vilnius
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Western Union (Vilnius)

      Interview

Standard four stages: 1. Phone, 2. On-site interview (2 people from local management), 3. Video interview (local manager and higher manager), 3. Homework. The questions were as one would expect. Homework was the hardest and lengthiest part personally, as it used the software I never seen or heard of before - OrangeHRM.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Standard questions walking through my career history, platforms and tools used and linking it to the role. One reason I declined the offer was that through questions they emphasized that the working environment is primarily siloed.
