I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Western Union (San Jose, San Jose) in Nov 2017
Interview
They definitely use the STAR method for questions and answers. For all positions it is required to take an english test. Normally it doesn't take long for them to contact you. You will first be contacted via telephone and have a quick chat in english to verify your fluency. If you pass this evaluation they will set a face to face interview.
