The interview was done very efficient due to the hiring manager. Unfortunately he left the company and its not the same. It took a bit longer than expected, but very clear with the entire process.

What was my level of proficiency with Excel and Essbase
I once had a screen call with them for a financial analyst position. The HR person liked my qualifications and forwarded my resume to the hiring manger. Called the next day only to tell me that the hiring manager wants some one to "start contributing right away" and "needs more experienced analyst". What the hell was this? This even wasn't a senior level FA position. If they want the analyst to have immediate impact, why not hire internally? This company will not respect you or your time. Look elsewhere, don't waste your time.

It was a weird process where people who did not understand social questions and such interviewed me. They were not american so they didn't understand american mannerisms so it made for an awkward interview.

Interview
The process was unprofessional. I interviewed with Western Union and afterwards never heard from them again even after reaching out to them multiple. I feel like they should at least reach out to candidates they had in person interviews to say they were not selected.
