I applied online. I interviewed at Westerra Credit Union (Denver, CO) in Aug 2017
Interview
It's a five part interview. It begins with introducing oneself, progresses into very specific instances of certain situations (and they cover them all), previous experience with bank procedures, Westerra's general bank procedures, and then applicant questions at the end. By FAR the most difficult interview that I have ever been through. Especially for a part time teller position. The interview lasted an hour and a half.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Westerra Credit Union
Interview
Process was straight forward and moved quickly. Was called by a staffing agency after applying for an immediate opening as a teller at a local credit union. After a brief phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in person interview the next day. The interview process was relatively simple and brief. A few basic questions on my background, customer service experience, and career goals. That was followed by a brief introduction to the company itself and the details of the position. In person interview process was about 30-45 minutes total. Was called later that day and offered the position.
