Training was below standard and done in an antiquated manner that makes no sense, there was not a training schedule and the trainers were consistently unprepared and were completely overwhelmed majority of the training I was there for, The training consisted of ' Just put the member on hold take the time you need they can WAIT ' I was told by a trainer that they were once on a call for 2 hours before w/ a member .. No big deal .. Huh??"
