Pros

Good coworkers trying to make the best of incompetent leadership.

Cons

Toxic work environment. 100% turnover of entire C-Suite within a year. 4 CIOs within 2 years. Incompetent current CIO and CEO, promising to "double the size of the credit union in 5 years". It's a joke, but the sad thing is the also-incompetent board of directors believes it. Cut throat middle management and ill thought-out hires make it impossible to pursue any rational goals. In the last year they terminated their DEI program. Do yourself a favor and avoid this institution.

Pros

Strong sense of community and belonging – team members and leaders genuinely care about each other Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely Competitive pay and benefits that align well with the market Inclusive, purpose-driven culture that emphasizes serving the community Fair and transparent employment practices that build trust and accountability Clear internal mobility – I was able to grow from a frontline role into management with strong support Leadership encourages open communication and professional development

Cons

Some of the internal technology and systems are still catching up and can feel outdated, though improvements are underway Executive leadership has seen changes over a short period, which has led to shifts in direction and occasional uncertainty among teams Like many contact centers, there is natural turnover, which can make consistency a challenge at times
