At first, one of their HRs called me out of the blue to confirm on whether I could attend an online interview. After the interview, I got a placement letter for the duration of 4 months on the same day.

Interview
The interview went well but after being selected they did not give me the offer letter to review even though they told me over the call but I need it before accepting it. during the call it may not be the same as the offer letter. I need to accept the offer first before getting the letter. It is just suspicious by doing that.
