I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Weswap (London, England)
Interview
Submitted a resume, heard back after two weeks. Had a brief introductory call and was invited to an onsite interview. The onsite interview took 2 hours. Two easy brainteasers at the beginning. I talked to only one person who described the business and problems they were solving. The project would have been on fraud detection. A week later received an offer. I declined it since it was badly paid.

Interview
A 2 stage process, first by telephone and second was a face to face with various senior members of the senior management team.
I was drilled on my experience and my CV. All was looking very positive from my side until I was informed I would be micro managed, but that is just the way it is at WeSwap, apparently.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Weswap (London, England) in Sept 2012
Interview
I had one interview over the phone followed by a face to face interview. The process was pretty fast.
I had to do a presentation for the second stage recruitment process
