What do you know about visual merchandising and do you know how to read diagrams?

Without the proper experience or knowledge, I answered as best as I could by saying that even though I lacked the required or desirable skills, I am quick and willing to learn. Then back it up with my previous work experience that closely relates to what they're looking for.
