Simple and straightforward scenarios based and competency questions but very friendly. Role play was straight forward typical customer service questions but I found the whole process simple compared to most.
It was mediocre. The brief given previously didn't exactly help the interview. The interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable. The interview was not too long and there was also a roleplay.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Which? in June 2021

Online interview over google meet with two managers asking questions and finished with a practice scenario over a telephone talking to a customer about an issue they have gotten and how we can help as a company
