2 stage interview with prospective manager and then the owner at the head office in Redruth. Was a good interview process and enjoyed seeing the premises and meeting some of my future work colleagues

Invited to apply for role, didn’t even get any contact back from them, which is just weird. Why invite someone to apply then not even get back to them, or even acknowledge the application!

Didn’t even ask question related to the job or my experience. They just had my CV in hand and asked some random questions and explained bit about the job. Then I was asked to stay for 10 minutes and have a trial run.
