In person interview with the Owner in 2008 and to say the interviewing process now is a totally different ballgame nowadays. It’s definitely been a learning process that I didn’t know I needed.

Interview
I walked in and directed myself to the jewelry department. I was greeted by the jewelry manager and then the owner. I was asked why I was looking for a job and I said I wanted to find a job I enjoyed working for and I liked this business and wanted to work here. I was met with laughter and the owner said, " No one likes working." I was then asked what I wanted my pay to be and when I could start. I started working that week and got the pay I wanted.
