My resume was submited online which was a gruelling proccess that I had little faith in. So I phoned the store, got the email address of the individual in the porition of the one being applied for and sent her my resume directly. Had a phone interview within a week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
After the innitial one on one interview, I was scheduled for a panel interview the following week. The panel was made up of about eight employees, a few of different ethnicities, and they all took turns asking questions. Some of the people had strong accents that were hard to understand; I thought afterward that perhaps this was intentional to test your tolerance to diversity.
All of the questions were of the 'what if' variety in which different scenarios were presented.

Interview
You must spend a lot of time in the store you want to work in contacting every member of Leadership you can think of, then throw in some random Team Members. Who you contacted is ALWAYS the first question you get asked. Pretty much sets up the process against outside candidates.
