Interview
There is a Due Diligence process which allows you to meet as Team Members as possible. You gather insight on what the job entails and what is to be expected of you. You also get to meet the team and others who are in your potential position and you can decide if it is even a good fit for you. You learn a lot about the Core Values of the company. The next round, should you be invited, is a panel of 8-10 Team Members. You are asked several questions and usually give a presentation.
I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (East Lansing, MI)
Interview
Overall a good experience, asked to do some small amount of prep work to present before a panel. Solo video interview followed by a panel interview with 4-5 leaders. I would recommend others to apply.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Houston, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was a panel interview with other team leads. They asked multiple situational questions and how I would handle certain things. Overall straightforward if you have problem solving skills.

I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Jacksonville Beach, FL) in June 2023
Interview
Super easy interview process. They asked basic questions, like where I lived, availability, and in what area I would like to work within the store. They asked why I would be a good fit for the position, how do I respond to new project assignments, and what I had learned from one of my mentors.
