Interview
It was great. It was directly with the team leader, and it focused a lot on customer service skills and values. It was a lot of questions, but at the end they just want to see a person who is approachable, nice, and confident in a customer oriented workplace.

I was a transfer so I received a phone call from a hiring manager who set up an on-site interview. I was interviewed by the Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader of the department from which I was looking to be hired.
