I was contacted by phone about two weeks after applying online, and after asking me whether I had food service experience - which I did - I was scheduled an interview with the bakery department's assistant manager. At the interview, I waited about fifteen minutes for the interviewer to finish interviewing someone else, and then she met with me, without apologizing for the wait, and explained the details of the position. I think she asked me a total of three or four questions, including "tell me about yourself", "why Whole Foods", and "do you have retail experience?" I elaborated on my experience - which I have to say was not extensive - but most of the interview consisted of her speaking and my listening. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The next day I received an email from the Whole Foods hiring website that explained that they had chosen to pursue other candidates. I think they were probably looking for someone with more experience than me.

It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
