I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2019
Interview
The process of submitting an application to my first step forward took about a month. After that there was a video interview that gets reviewed by recruiters. I worked with a recruiter named Callie. She loved my video interview and immediately contacted me about the job. I met the Store Team Leader I would have been working with and was awaiting the panel interview when things got a little weird. Callie had told me that they were not going to be doing the panel interview at this time but that she would contact me about my future with Whole Foods. At this point, I was hoping that maybe they were going to offer me the job because Callie said she got excellent feedback about my series of interviews and we even discussed what my salary and start date would be. However, that wasn't the case and I never heard back from her again. I sent multiple emails even up until last month and still NOTHING. This is so unprofessional. I was very let down that I would be strung along until the very end just to be ghosted.
