The key to securing an interview is to contact the local store directly and follow up with either the General Manager or Team Lead via phone. This way, they can pull your application instead of mindlessly reviewing hundreds of applicants.
Once I made the call, I had an interview scheduled for the next day.
The two folks I interviewed with were a complete 180 from the team leads previously interviewed with at another store. Both were extremely articulate and career-oriented. RWC store leads were definitely professional, polite and more polished.
After 1 hour panel interview, offered me position contingent on background check. Advised after 6mos, I would be able to apply for Team Lead spots. Yipeeee!
