The process was very Informative about how large organizations look for individuals to be in leadership roles at their individual stores. I appreciated the time they took to take to several of us and for their attention to the answers during the process.

Was not truthful and violated pay transparency laws. They knew what my pay range was and asked me to go lower even though I had already stated my minimum previously. Waste of time and predatory practices
A pannel 4-5 of your peers are selected, you get interviewed in front of them. They ask you different things like what do you expect in the position you are applying for.
