I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Austin, TX) in May 2012
Interview
I had initially applied online through the Whole Foods career site and was e-mailed later with an invitation to a large hiring event. You select your first choice department to work in (based on your skills and background) and then start the interviews. Went through 3 interviews. If you make it through all three, then you're hired on the spot.

Question 1
Nothing out of the ordinary. I think they're more trying to get a feel for your personality.
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

Question 1
What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
