It was pretty straight to the point. The hardest part is the assessment you take before you even interview. At my location they just asked me when I was available to start working and I was in.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes

There is no interview process for it, just an email with the welcome offer document. All that is required is submitting the application and the assessment that must be taken.
