I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2014
Interview
Staff were nice and made me feel at ease during the interview.
It felt more like a friendly chat rather than an interrogation.
And I was not judged for being new to the area and new to Whole foods, anything I didn't know before was taught to me without a problem. All-in-all, it was a simple and stress-free interview process.
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

Question 1
What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
