Super weird. Got offered the job on the spot but decided not to take it as all the managers talked about was being able to handle drama. I have no interest in dealing with drama, and looked elsewhere where a comfortable environment for ALL is valued.

General questions about background and qualifications. Interviewer was thorough and prepared. Had to wait five minutes while store personnel located interviewer. Interview was brief but met both my and employer objectives

Interview
Quick and easy, showed up to the location and interviewed with the manager. Unclear upfront what position you are interviewing for. The questions didn’t seem too relevant to the position but the manager was nice and transparent by the end, if a little confusing at first.
Group interview and individual interview on the same day. Asked questions about how we would work as a team to help an unsatisfied customer. Then asked individually about our interest in working for the company.
