I submitted an online application, they called me in for an interview. I met with team leaders and store team leaders. There also was a second interview. I was interviewed in the cafe during lunch, it felt ver y exposed and uncomfortable.

How have you handled a situation with an unhappy customer?
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
